1. Introduction

AI Image Detector respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with the law.

2. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located

5. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material of the removal
• Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
• Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We maintain a record of DMCA notices and may use this information to identify repeat infringers.

7. False Claims

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

8. Service Provider Status

AI Image Detector operates as a service provider under the DMCA. We provide a platform for users to upload and analyze images, but we do not control the content uploaded by users. We rely on the DMCA safe harbor provisions for service providers.

9. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload does not infringe upon the copyrights of others. We encourage users to:

• Only upload content they own or have permission to use
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Report suspected copyright infringement
• Understand the legal implications of uploading copyrighted material

10. International Copyright

While the DMCA is a U.S. law, we respect international copyright laws and will respond to valid copyright claims from any jurisdiction. However, our procedures are primarily designed to comply with U.S. law.
