While we strive for accuracy, our AI detection results are provided for informational purposes only. The service:

  • Is not 100% accurate and may produce false positives or negatives
  • Should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions
  • May not detect all types of AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Image Detector and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. User Content

By uploading images to our service, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing our detection service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

10. Disclaimers

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Image Detector operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
